Why Dental Expert Witness Training?
Many Dentists are becoming disenchanted from working chairside, others are near the end of their chairside career, and some are merely looking for supplemental income. For Doctors who identify with these life situations, and still want to be a part of the Dental Community, Dental Expert Witness Work could be for you.
Our Approach
Drs. Boeke DDS and Krueger DDS/JD, will walk you through their Dental Expert Witness Training program over a 2 Day span, on the beautiful Texas A&M Commerce campus.
On day one, they will lecture on what it is to be a Dental Expert Witness, how it helps serve your peers and community, how it generates additional income that isn't chairside work, and how to market yourself as an Expert Witness. Dr. Krueger will provide you with records and depositions of trials past for your review.
On Day 2, Dr. Krueger will walk you through mock testimonies based on those trials' past, complete with testimony from a witness stand.
This vast knowledge is mixed with entertaining stories of past trials and a true Texas BBQ experience on Dr. Boeke's Ranch for your final evening.

Vernon L. Krueger is one of the founding partners of Krueger Law Group, LLP in Dallas, Texas. The firm specializes in healthcare litigation, health law and insurance defense litigation, including matters pending before the Texas Medical Board, Texas State Board of Dental Examiners and Texas Board of Nursing. Vernon was a practicing general dentist (the University of Texas Health Science Center – San Antonio class of 1982) before he graduated from Baylor University School of Law and began practicing law in 1990. Vernon earned his LL.M. in health law from the University of Houston College of Law in 2006.
Vernon has tried many healthcare liability cases, including wrongful death cases, to successful defense verdicts in various courts throughout the State of Texas, as well as representing physicians, dentists and nurses at the various licensing boards in the State of Texas with excellent outcomes.
