Refund requests that do not meet the 30 Day Cut Off will be worked with to Reschedule
If you would like to Reschedule, you will be moved to the first available slot, whatever Month or Year it may be.
We cannot guarantee the refund policies of your Hotel or Airline.
We process payments through a third party: Square. After the request for refund has been reviewed, and if there is agreement of a refund to be issued, initiation of refund will be completed 48 hours after request and will be processed through the third-party system.
